Showcase your products and services at the 15th Annual APWAOK/OWEA Conference, Trade Show and Golf Tournament, May 20-22, 2019. The American Public Works Association Oklahoma Chapter and the Oklahoma Water Environment Association are combining again to create a professional conference experience for participants, exhibitors and sponsors. You will reach professionals from all areas of public service, including engineering design and Public Works management, fleet management, street maintenance and water/wastewater operations. Private sector consultants, county commissioners, utility department managers and tribal personnel are also invited to attend this conference.

New opportunities for exhibitors:

*Premium Exhibit Space:  These 6 x 10 booths will be available in the forum and hallways outside of the regular exhibit hall.  Traffic in these areas is expected to be higher in the mornings and during transitions.  Each premium booth is $750 and includes two company representatives and electricity.

*Vendor Showcase:  The exhibit hall will feature an area in the middle of the hall with a projector, screen and mic where a vendor can present information about their products to anyone in the area.  Additionally, the daily prizes will be announced from this location.  There are six 15 minute time slots available during breaks: Tuesday and Wednesday: 8:40 AM, 10:10 AM and 3:10 PM. Price is $150 for any organization with a booth.  Time slots will be first come first serve and can be reserved by emailing Rita at rita.cavanaugh@okstate.edu

*Equipment Displays - We have outside equipment display spaces available this year to our conference exhibitors. If you are interested in displaying a piece of equipment please email Rita at rita.cavanaugh@okstate.edu

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  Exhibitor Set Up is 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, May 20 & 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM on Tuesday, May 21. Exhibits will open at 8:00 AM on Tuesday.  Tear down should not begin before 1:30 PM and must be completed by 4:30 PM Wednesday, May 22. Please provide a Certificate of Insurance with your registration. Heavy Traffic Times are expected: Tuesday - 8:00-9:30 AM, 11:30-1:30 PM, and 3:00-3:30 PM. Wednesday - 8:00-9:00 AM, 10:00-10:30 AM, and 11:30-1:30 PM.

Registration Deadline and Cancellation Policy - Deadline for Exhibit Registration and Payment is May 3, 2019. Cancellations received prior to May 3 are refundable less $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after May 3, 2019.
